QUICK LOOK BACK AT WARP FACTOR 1960’S VERSION
In 1966 Larry and Kenny Chalmers started a band in Edmonton called “The Warp Factor”. They played community halls and schools around the province to appreciative audiences. They acquired a manager named Paul Winterton who got them booked on festivals, light shows and opening spots for the Who, Cream and Led Zeppelin. The band broke up in 1970 and the brothers went their separate ways (musically) until the summer of 2025 when they decided they would restart the band. They found three terrific musicians in Ron Rault, Percy Marshall and Miles Wilkinson and “The Warp Factor” was reborn. Each member was in agreement to perform British Invasion songs from 1965-1969. They are ready to start gigging in April. If you are planning an anniversary, birthday, or any kind of party, you may want to consider booking this fine group. Below is their song list and 4 recordings they did to showcase their professionalism. Contact Kenny Chalmers or Ron Rault via gmail to book the band and/or ask for their complete promo kit.
